Job Description
Reporting into the Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving best practice and strive to be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Support recruiters in all areas of candidate search assignment
- Conduct active search and cold calling
- Candidate initial screening and interviewing
- Targeting, attracting and assessing candidates’ profiles
- Target-list development and market mapping
- To build up, enrich and update the talents data banks
- Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions
- To support consultant in completing the whole recruitment project
- Database maintenance
- Other assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company
Requirements
- At least one (1) year experience
- Needs to have great, can-do attitude and energy, positive demeanor
- Does not necessarily need RPO experience. Can come from agency but needs to have experience with big workload and busy environment
