Must have experience:
- Supporting Global Cisco Infrastructure
- Intelligent WAN (iWAN)/SDWAN with Broadband
- Cisco VoIP support
- Cisco Router Series (all)
- Cisco Switch Series (all)
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Cisco Routing/Switching and software
- Cisco Meraki MX (Router), MS (Switch) and MR (WiFi AP)
- Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
- Orion Solar Winds support and configuration
- Creation and upkeep of Network related documentation
- Knowledge LAN/WAN/Security/Video support and engineering experience
- Hands-on routing protocol experience – EIGRP or BGP or OSPF
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco routing and software
- Knowledge or Experience with packet/protocol analyzers to find and remedy application and network performance issues
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Video Conferencing
- Knowledge with installation and maintenance of Cisco’s WiFi 802.11x systems
- Knowledge of structured cabling, network facilities, electrical, UPS
- Ability to work alone as an individual contributor
- Willingness to participate and share in rotating on-call duties
- Assist team with knowledge progression
Specific Requirements:
- Current CCNA or above
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in WAN/LAN Network solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
