Description

Assist the Human Resources Manager on daily tasks related to Oracle system, payroll and other Compensation & Benefits operation.
Responsible for local employee activities and charitable support.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits - 50%

1.Cooperate with HRIS & payroll outsourced vendor to ensure monthly payroll calculation to be delivered on time & accurately, including the payroll & IIT for ETS, EECH, CIIC and temporary staff.
2.Support HR Manager in participating in compensation and benefits survey, including consolidation of raw data.
3.Work with HRIS & payroll outsourced vendor to calculate monthly company supplementary benefit plan’s contribution (DSS for Shanghai, Plan C for Beijing) and make accrual according to schedule and company policy.
4.Answer employees’ inquires, including certification issuing.
5.Work with Finance team for monthly cost breakdown & accrual reports, payroll payments and payroll consolidation, including ETS / EECH and Shenzhen Branch.

HRIS & Staffing- 20%

1.Monitor data integrity of HRIS to ensure all the data in the system is accurate & updated.
2.Maintain the records of personal files and ensure all the movement is updated in the personal files & HRIS system.
3.Deliver 1st day orientation for Shenzhen new hire employees.
4.Monitor the employment contract preparation and renewal process.
5.Conduct exit interview for resigned employees in non-managerial level.

Insurance Management- 25%

1.Manage social insurance and housing fund with local government bureau and agency to ensure the insurance & funding payment to be delivered on time & accurately according to government guidelines.
2.Support employees’ application related to Residence Permit and Hukou.
3.Update the employee movement records to prepare for the annual renewal of the group insurance.
4.Collect the insurance claims, contact & follow up the claims with insurance company.
 
Employee Activities - 5%
1.Support Shenzhen employee activities based on approved benefits plan/budget



Requirements

Must:
•University or above degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
•Min. 5 years working experience in Human Resources function in MNC
•Background in compensation and benefit field
•A team player, proactive and able to work under pressure
•Logical thinking
•Fluency in written English
•Proficient in MS Word and Excel
•Knowledge in using HRIS system


Preferred:
•Fluent in oral English
