This role is responsible for executing an annual growth plan to achieve KPI target. Work on new product development under developing strategy. Transfer technology introduction under the developing strategy.
Responsibilities

Execute annual growth plan to achieve KPI target.

New product development under the developing strategy.

Perform verification testing for developing a prototype or critical components.

Identify key product characteristics to develop material specs or acceptance procedures.

Coordinate the manufacturing and testing of the prototypes or first samples.

Contribute to product brochure, operation manual and service files for new launch products.

Transfer technology introduction under the developing strategy.

Localize original drawings, BOM, process procedures, technical specifications and service files.

Carry out rational redesign under optimization plan.

Coordinate the manufacturing and testing of the pilots or first samples.

Work on specific design, BOMs and technical specifications under the inquiry or orders.

Promote design rationalization and VAVE improvement to pursue design excellence.
Support

Support to customer communication, quotation, documentation, audit and certificating.

Support to production process, quality plan and functional business.

Contribute to supply resource developing for critical components through technical evaluation.

Supports regulatory compliance within the technology base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering etc.
- Having knowledge of mechanical design theories, Material, valve & actuation principles, ISO 9000 quality procedure and design tools such as 6б, FMEA, KPC and etc..
- Learn about International standards or specifications of valves should be essential.
- Work experience in one or more design of mechanical products should be Min. 3 years or more.
- design experience in the valves shall be preferred.
- Have experience in implementing product developing programs.
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Office, ERP, CAD or Creo (ProE), Ansys is a plus.
- A good master of written English at least and fluent oral English will be a plus.
- Necessary consciousness of teamwork, communication and performance excellence.
