Description
As the Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for handling logistics and order fulfillment activities for Suzhou manufacturing facility to maintain product supply for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work with plant management to oversee the Transportation Solutions order fulfillment process, create and maintain sales order and arrange shipment in system
- Handle letter of credit and Escrow
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns, work with Transportation Sales/account team to resolve customer pain-points
- Manage the process of supplying REFCON devices to world-wide customers including licensing and agency compliance
- Act as a gate keeper of International Trade Compliance (ITC) to Transportation Solutions world-wide distribution points, screening Letter of Credit, forwarders, banks etc.
- Ensure out-bound logistics and trade compliance programs are in place and in-line with company guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, do simulation and ROI analysis for decision making.
- Ensure high quality, on-time delivery and cost effective logistic arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, business administration and other related disciplines.
- At least 5 years’ experience in logistics management prefer in manufacturing company.
- Strong English communicational skills in both verbal and writing
- Strong project management and leadership skills and communication skill;
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Strong analytical skills and good at working with numbers.
- Solid judgement with ability to make sound decisions
This position will be based in SuZhou.
