Logistics Freight Auditor is responsible for conducting transportation and warehousing logistics cost audit – understand logistics contracts, shipment execution including consolidation, milk run mode for our Korea-based clients. Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers and customers regarding issue resolution and invoicing. You will also assist in project implementation and logistics process continuous improvement activities.
Essential Job Functions
Translate transportation logistics contracts into rating table in TMS (Transportation Management System)
Manage freight audit process of domestic shipping, import and export shipments and warehouse cost for Korean sites
Interact with LSPs / Carriers to ensure shipment data accuracy and issue resolution
Work with finance team on monthly logistics cost estimation as well as invoicing payment
Support reporting of monthly freight audit & payment
Support business analysts to clean up and verify data integrity
Monitor the operational results of projects and continuously suggest additional refinements.
Review and recommend systems enhancements that will improve customer service, and/or business processes. Perform testing on new systems.
